See you next summer! ~
JUNIOR CAMP: AUG 11-16, 2024
For kids in Grades 4-7
TEEN CAMP: AUG 18-23, 2024
For kids in Grades 8-12
Camp Shekinah is our church's "by donation" summer camp for kids & teens in our community. Led by our fearless director, Pastor Graham McDonald and his team of volunteers, our campers spend their days playing team games, swimming, going to chapel, visiting the Snack Shack, learning new skills like canoeing or leatherwork, enjoying awesome food, completing chores together, having an evening snack, roasting marshmallows around the campfire and making life-long friends! Our campers sleep in cozy cabins with carefully screened and trained Cabin Leaders, and often stay up a little later than we should!
Our main objective with this camp is to demonstrate and teach kids that the same God who created them also loves them and desires a personal relationship with them. Our mission as a church body is to be a gospel-focused community, reaching our local community of Bonnyville for Christ, and that is what our camp team lives by. We want kids to know Jesus!
BONUS: Camp Shekinah is a by-donation camp, fully funded by our church to make summer camp accessible to every family. If you feel inclined, a suggested donation (cost per camper) is approximately $250.
Camp Shekinah 2025 registration will open in the spring!

“Camp Shekinah was always something that gave me hope and peace; a place where I was accepted for who I was and where I knew I could keep trying to grow towards Jesus.”
