Small Groups Ministry  |  Purpose/Mission/Vision Statements 

Mission field = BBC congregants, their friends and neighbors

Purpose:  to bring BBC congregants, their friends and neighbors into small groups of 4 to 10 that fulfill the BBC mission statement and to support them in that mission.

Mission: to connect anyone in the church wanting to join a small group to already existing groups, train group leaders or hosts to lead with confidence, and provide resources for small groups to succeed in their mission.

Vision: small groups that see themselves as part family, part army unit, united in their support for one another in the mission to advance the Kingdom of Christ into the world.
