Living Like You are Out of This World, Series on 1 Peter ... Do you ever feel like you don't quite fit in?   Like the world is somehow out of whack and you don't seem to belong here?   When you watch the news you find yourself asking, "Am I the only one who feels something is desperately wrong with where things are going? 

What has gone wrong in our world and how are we to live in it?  We are the first to feel like we don't belong here.   The book of 1 Peter was written to the church for this very reason   He writes his book to "God's elect, strangers in the world..."   Int he book he addresses the big questions about who we are and why we are here.   He gives us the reason why we should be the most hopeful and positive people in the world even though it is not our final home.   He give sus some guidelines for dealing with an often hostile or indifferent world and how to live in it without becoming a part of it.  

Please join us as we work our way through the book of 1 Peter so we can learn to live like we are out of this world.
